Reservation Methods Reservations can be made online through our partner platforms or directly by contacting our establishment via email or phone call/ whatsapp message. Valid contact details and a deposit is required to confirm the booking.

Payment

A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to guarantee the reservation. Full payment must be made upon check-in, in cash or by credit card if specified at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is possible at least 7 days prior to arrival date. In case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: between 13:00 and 22:00. If you plan to arrive after 22:00, please let us know in advance.

Check-out: by 10:00.

Pets

Unfortunately pets are not allowed in our accommodation.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside the studio. Please use the designated smoking areas in the outside courtyard.

Rules of Conduct

Please observe quiet between 22:00 – 08:00.Any damage caused to the property will be borne by the guest and costs will be included in the final bill.

Housekeeping Policy

In-room cleaning is every 3 days, but upon request we can provide daily cleaning services for a fee.
